Why our products?

The advantage of our product is constant wall thickness and unchanged material structure. The temperature during cone formation does not exceed 122°F. For example, from a Ø16×1 tube, we are able to obtain a diameter of Ø5.5 at the end of the cone, maintaining a wall of 1 mm along the entire length.

The unique technology allows us to produce the highest quality cooling tubes. We are currently working on plunger cooling tubes form ∅20 × 1 mm.

For the production of our plunger coolers we use:

We manufacture one-sided and double-sided conical blanks from tubes ∅8 × 1, ∅9 × 1, ∅10 × 1, ∅10×1,5, ∅12 × 1, ∅14 × 1, ∅16 × 1, ∅18 × 1 while maintaining a constant wall thickness. We are currently working on conical blanks made of ∅20 × 1 tube.
